INTRODUCTION
For personal data protection purposes, Fourvière Hotel, S.A.S FOURVIÈRE HÔTEL LYON-FHL, registered under number 802 731 182, commits to ensuring total transparency as concerns the collection, analysis and processing of personal data from guests.
“Personal data” is all information collected and recorded in a format that enables identifying you as a physical person, either directly (e.g., using your name) or indirectly (e.g., your phone number). This Confidentiality Policy is an integral part of the General Terms that govern our hotel services. By accepting these General terms, you expressly accept the provisions of this document.
S.A.S FOURVIÈRE HÔTEL LYON-FHL is part of the èhotels-Lyon Group (SAS MISE EN ŒUVRE), which may require processing data for the purposes listed below.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
At certain times, we may ask you as a customer of S.A.S FOURVIÈRE HÔTEL LYON-FHL for information about yourself and/or members of your family, such as:
• Contact information (last name, first name, phone number, email address, etc.);
• Personal information (date of birth, nationality, etc;.);
• Information about your children(first name, date of birth, age, etc.);
• Your credit card number (for bank transactions and reservations);

Personal data may be collected for various purposes, in particular:
• Hotel activities:

> Registration and payment ;
> Consumption at the hotel bar and restaurant during a stay;
> Requests, claims and/or disputes.
• Participation in marketing programs or activities:
> Contribution to satisfaction surveys;
> Newsletter subscription to receive offers and promotions by email.
• Transmission of information from a third party:
> Channel manager, tours operator, travel agency, OTA, meta search, GDS reservation system, etc.
• Internet activities:

> Forms for online collection(online reservation, questionnaires, S.A.S FOURVIÈRE HÔTEL LYON-FHL pages on the social networks, connection systems like Facebook Login, etc.).

> Supplying context data to the push tool for offers when a customer visits the hotel’s website or makes a reservation;
> Knowing and generating the preferences of repeat customers and other customers;
> Sending newsletters, promotions and tourist, hotel or service offers or offers of S.A.S FOURVIÈRE HÔTEL LYON-FHL partners or contacting you by phone;

CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

All requests will be processed as soon as possible and in compliance with applicable law.
RIGHT TO OPPOSE
We guarantee you the right of opposition with respect to your personal information.
The right to oppose is the possibility offered to customers to refuse that their personal information be used for certain purposes mentioned when the data is collected.
You may exercise this right by contacting the hotel directly.
All requests will be processed as soon as possible and in compliance with applicable law.
SECURITY
We commit to ensuring the proper application of security measures related to the processing of our customers’ personal data, in particular to protect this data from non-authorized or illicit processing, loss, destruction, accidental damage or disclosure to non-authorized individuals.
To ensure the security of personal information, we implement the following measures:
• Incremental IT backup on dedicated servers;
+ copy of the backup on NAS
+ copy of this NAS on another NAS
• Physical firewall (Stormshield)
> VPN access via Microsoft authorized according to user /Active Directory for consulting data outside the establishment;
• Dedicated main server for the customer database / software database
> Implementation of an Active Directory system (a system that provides access to files according to user);
> Encrypted Protel software with document access according to user + tracking log for the user’s pathway;
• Secondary server for the TSE system with connection to the Active Directory
> Internal exchange system for emails tied to the Active Directory.
