L'Équerre • L'Eautel's Bar-Restaurant
L’Équerre, the bistronomic restaurant at L’Eautel Toulon Port, unfurls beneath an identically restored 19th-century glass roof by Ateliers Eiffel, offering a veritable well of light. Mirroring the glass roof, a terrazzo floor inspired by the maritime alphabet sits alongside a mahogany wood floor reminiscent of a ship’s deck.
In the kitchen, Mediterranean and local recipes, revisited in a contemporary marine style, are served indoors or on the terrace at Place de L’Équerre.
